SAYA SANGAT GERAM & MARAH!!

Klu ader sesape yg baca blog n3 i psl umah baru tu..tentu tau kan yg i baru dpt kunci utk rumah tu? ni nak citer rentetan kisah menhyusahkan start nk beli smpi la dh dpt kunci ni! menyampah dgn owner asal umah tu! nyampah! nyampah sgt-sgt!

Jun 2010 
- Pegi tgk umah..masa tu ader tenant husband-wife je! umah mak ai..cam sarang anaconda! seriyes..cam xde porg tggl! pinggan mangkuk dlm sink pon mcm dh 2-3 hari x basuh! huhhh

- Konpem ngan real estate agent. Wat booking payment RM5,000 kt McD Taman Seri Gombak. MAaa tu kena isi form (x ingat nama form tu) tp owner pon kena sign gak form tu! Agent tu kena amik ms almost 2 weeks nk dptkan signature owner asal yg sengal tu! alasan: bz! abih tu, aku ni xde keje ke? x bz ke? (kena gi antor time mgmt class)

- Pastu delay lg x ingat bape lamer coz nk kena wat market valuation. Sbbkan umah tu subsale & sunz amik loan co., so kena appoint Valuer sndrik! Masa ni amik masa dkt 2 minggu nk tnggu owner tu furnish doc & plan asal umah yg dier dh renovate dulu. Ok find, dh setel!

Julai - Ogos 2010
- Nk soh lawyer prepare S&P lak..tggu lg dokumen yg owner tu kena bg mcm charge bank, title, ic dia, etc. amik masa lg tggu dlm 2 weeks so dier ni sengal! dh ader dokumen, ding dong ding dong pas draft bg lawyer dier review. amend. draft. review. 
- Byr 5% deposit kt owner.

September 2010
- Baru la owner poyo tu kununnye puas hati, siapkn S&P & sign. (masa draft S&P tu sila amik maklum ye owner tu soh remove clause yg ckp dier kena repair any damages occur dlm umah tu) <-------- hampeh x?

Oktober 2010
- Submit doc kt co. i tuk loan approval. kena tggu 2 minggu lg coz KPE, Timbalan & org yg ptt sign approval tu gah miting bajet lak! uwaaaa...
- i Bersalin Syafi (x setel gak)
- Masa seminggu sblm deliver kena warded seminngu kt hosp. masa tu loan approved. Hubby gi amik dok. kt opis & bwk gi spital tuk sign.
- Hari ke-3 kuar spital pas bersalin (C-Sect) terus gi EPF apply kuarkn account ke-2 tuk byr another 5% deposit pd owner. (Masa ni baby syafi still ICU lg)
- pas 3 hari EPF masuk account, gi Maybank lak wat bank draft kt owner. 

November 2010 - Mac 2011
- Tunggu owner tu furnish title, lepaskn charge kt bank, co. masukkn charge baru, byr imbursement kt owner, bla bla bla. (Lamer giler kan)
- i buhsan buhsan buhsan..smpikn dh malas nk follow up ngan lawyer!

End of Mac 2011
- Baru dpt kunci. Pegi umah tu tgk byk yg rosak. Bil letrik RM1400 tertunggak x byr! letrik kena potong! (mula la nk hangin & rasa nk maki dier) "ko dh tau dr thn lps nk jual umah, x reti ke nk check bil api -air?"
- owner tu byk songeh xnak repair & everything..lawyer i fenin..lawyer owner tu sndrik fenin, last2 i ckp..never mind, just release the remaining balaance pd owner. I xnak ader pape contact ngan dier lg! Bygkan la klu i nk tggu dier repair, lg bape bln lak? klu tnggu dier bile i nk start renovate umah?
